Workout Note 24 June 2012

30 minute walk with weights improved mood first thing. My dosage for the back pain is high and I’m not careful about using the antacid buffers resulting in a bit of cramps.

But these went away and I had a big breakfast, small Focaccia loaf with pesto and a banana, with more positive feelings after the workout.

There’s been some weight loss since the 16 June photo, but I am not proud of being “hot” in a girlieman way. I need to put the weight back on. I feel vulnerable at this weight.
