Workout Log 1 July 2012

70 minute “big” workout as of old on Sunday, walking with weights, swimming and water dancing on a rather fine morning. Bit exhausted and slightly nauseated at the finish, self-administered morning medication with milk feeling better with a milk tea at this time.

Although I can swim normal it feels more aerobic and healing to just hang in the water keeping myself level with arm movements, and today’s sea cooperated, for high tide was in which meant that deep water was only a few feet from the strand.
