Workout Log 22 July 2012

Walk to Power Station Beach and 50 minute freedance with weights. Very rested on arising. Movements more like those of running with some impact so hopefully might try a trial run (of less than a minute) next week.

But doing what I always wanted to do, which is start each day with some sort of workout. For years, would skip the morning workout, delay it and fart around. No more of that.
