Workout log 30 July 2012

Twenty minutes water dancing (to heal slight regression in left leg sciatica situation) and swimming at Hung Shing Yeh beach first thing.

Yum yum: CHEESE (“dairy crack”) to regain weight for the first time since the Debacle. OK, how about my “food plan” be maximize whole grains, fruits and veg, minimize fun food such as meat and dairy, at least until I can figure out how to eat vegetarian without looking like Wee Wullie, The Collier’s Dying Child. CHEESE breaks down to form an “opioid” so perhaps it is addictive.
