Five minutes Freitanz with weights. 30 minute Stairmaster, walk to pool and back ten minutes, 30 minute swim for a thorough workout first thing, mileage equivalent to 7.5 miles.

You don’t want to overdo exercise because the cancer dines off the benefit, stealing the vigor you’ve built to some extent:

But on balance it enhances quality of life.

Actually in terms of mood and health habits, the Debacle of last May has blasted me, like Baron Munchshausen, clear back to the perfection of my first years in California when I worked out intense and didn’t need to smoke.
