Screen Shot 2013-07-05 at 11.28.57 AMFirst thing workout: 30 minutes: 120 steps, 100 supine (easy) pull-ups, 30 stair steps, walk up Senior Staff Quarters hill and stone steps. Needed pain booster before workout may not need one now?

Later-needed pain syrup (booster) unlike yesterday. Pain may go away after my physio workout (20 minutes rackety row). None at all yesterday.

As morning brightens the Groaners, Screamers, and Hawkers awake to start the chorus of the day. The groaners, and I, melodiously chime in whilst the Hawkers try the mating call of the Chinese male, an attempt to bring up a massive, almost solid chunk of sputum, this being discouraged by the government in the light of SARS but considered healthy in traditional medicine.

Enough for now, let me get this online whilst Black Screen of Death stalks me even as Death, looking strangely like Uncle Fester in the Munsters TV series, stalks the Knight (Ritter) in The Seventh Seal. I can make changes later once Nick the Brain and I fix BSOD.
