30 minute workout first thing at 6:15 AN included 150 midrise steps, about 250 warmup and 250 cooldown movement with and without weights, walking. Lots of pain. Then dozed the rest of the morning in front of YouTube. Will try to update goals this afternoon. An hour of lead.

5 Oct 2013: Changed “steps” to “supine movements” since the warm up and the cooldown were not step motions.
